True Value Rental Names Toro Lawn & Garden Supplier of the Year for 2011

True Value Company's rental team named The Toro Company its 2011 Lawn and Garden Supplier of the Year. This award reinforces Toro's commitment to excellent customer service and developing better ways to serve and support True Value's rental operators.

Dave Feuerhelm, True Value's merchandise manager for rental, highlighted Toro's strong sales growth, product quality, in-store merchandising, store support and new product introductions as the reasons why True Value selected Toro for this award. Eric Lane, True Value's vice president, Specialty Businesses, joined Feuerhelm on stage, to present the award to Toro.

"Every supplier - small and large - is critical to our success, and it is important to recognize Toro for demonstrating outstanding contributions, dedication to quality and positive financial impact on our rental business," Lane said. "This award is something our suppliers take very seriously, so it's a tremendous achievement for the winners."
