4. Most of upper management is afraid to pull the trigger on this one..

1. Week rental negotiable; Month rental waived.
2. The delivery fee is based on distance traveled. $25 is the minimum fee.
3. Yes we charge; however, our goal is to break even on delivery charges.

5. Additional survey comments:
1. We just raised our rates yesterday (6/7/16): 5% on 90% of our inventory. Our payroll is up 40% over 2 years ago.
2. Looking forward to seeing the results of this survey!
3. My laundry costs increased 20% in March. That was the start of changing some prices. More to come.
