- They are at the store, all staff attends during business hours.

9. Do you have any creative incentive ideas? (5 responses)
- Wish I did!
- We give out Safeway gift cards, tickets to sporting events and cash prizes to employees with good ideas, who put safety first, and who do something above and beyond their regular duties.
- Bonus plans for safety and for onsite job performance.
- CRA should team up with manufacturer (Genie, JLG, etc.) to offer Aerial training school at Rental Rally or at least in CA somewhere.
- Bonuses.

Keep trying! Your efforts will benefit the membership and the industry though it may seem fruitless at the time.
