The world’s first cordless cut-off tool with a brushless motor, the Hilti AG 500-A18 Cordless Cut-Off Tool, delivers metal cutting performance comparable to corded tools. When combined with Hilti’s new cut-off blade, the AG 500-A18 sets a new standard This 18 volt tool can cut or grind just about any type of metal you put in front of it, including strut, cast iron pipe, steel, stainless steel, steel angle iron, flat steel, I-beam, conduit, rebar, threaded rod, decking, grading and checker plate.

Delivering the highest work per charge, the brushless motor helps to significantly increase tool life.  The sealed electronics also help to ensure longer tool life by keeping debris out, allowing more efficient performance.

The AG 500-A18 is also equipped with a keyless quick-change flange which makes it easy to swap abrasive discs without needing a wrench and an electronic brake that stops the blade within one second.

For more cuts per charge, use the AC-D 125 x 1 x 22.2 SP CAG (T) cutting blade with the AG 500-A18.  This blade allows a faster and smoother cut and is optimized for the AG 500-A18.

To further ensure quality performance, the Hilti AG 500-A18 Cordless Cut-Off Tool  is backed by Hilti Lifetime Service, a unique service agreement that includes two years of no-cost coverage.*
