Aztec Tents Introduces Indy-Trac

Aztec Tents, the nation’s leading manufacturer of tents and semi-permanent structures, recently unveiled the full product launch for the Indy-Trac (Patent Pending), the newest addition to their growing family of kedered-frame tent products. The Indy-Trac provides users of the popular Fiesta® brand frame tents, manufactured by Evansville, IN based Anchor Industries, a unique way to upgrade their current inventory with modern day amenities without investing in an entirely new frame system.

"The Indy-Trac’s innovative approach allows users to convert their existing frame inventory from a lace system to kedered, slide-in style system with very few components. Every time a user installs this product they will be saving time and ultimately dollars in labor costs," said Alex Kouzmanoff, Vice President of Aztec Tents. "The added benefit of a low initial cost to convert makes this product a viable upgrade solution for the hundreds if not thousands of users of the Fiesta® frame tent."

The initial release of the product will include components for 20’ wide models. The base unit for each width will be a two-piece hip shaped end section with middle sections available to extend the tent to any desired length. Also under development are models to convert the popular gable marquee style frame tents with a kedered fabric system.

"The Indy-Trac was first presented to our customers at The Rental Show in New Orleans earlier this year. After the initial burst of customer support we positioned demo products within several key markets throughout the country," stated Kouzmanoff. "The customer feedback and valuable field-testing has given us the confidence that the Indy-Trac design will meet the needs our customers have been requesting."

The Indy-Trac system is one of several next generation products that have come out of its "Compatible Plus" product offering. The unique aspect of these next generation products is that their original designs were simply constructed to be a compatible alternative to products manufactured by other manufacturers. In most cases, the Compatible Plus products manufactured by Aztec incorporated small adjustments to improve construction or cosmetic issues within the original product. These newer next generation versions take a product to an entire different level, actually creating a new design from the Compatible Plus concept.

The Indy-Trac will be formally released and available for purchase on October 1st 2012. Along with selling the product direct to its customers, Aztec will be offering initial promotional sale pricing on the product through Amazon.com.
