New Customer Service Hours and Updates to Multiquip's SmartEquip Online Ordering System

Bob Graydon, Multiquip Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, recently announced the following: "At Multiquip, serving the customer has always been our number one priority and top focus. After listening to your feedback we are pleased to announce that customers can check the status of all Multiquip orders via SmartEquip. SmartEquip is a program designed to allow registered Multiquip customers the ability to order online anytime. It also provides product schematics for easy parts ordering. With SmartEquip, it doesn’t matter if the order was placed through the SmartEquip system or placed with one of Multiquip’s trained customer service agents – registered SmartEquip users can track any order (equipment and parts) in SmartEquip, from initial order to delivery, 24 hours a day, seven days a week."

To use SmartEquip, simply log on with your Multiquip user name and password on the Ordering Parts or Ordering Units page, which is accessed from the Multiquip home page, www.multiquip.com. Orders will be displayed under the order status page.

Multiquip is also pleased to announce an extension of its customer service hours.  Starting on September 4, 2012, the phone lines (800 421-1244) will be open during the following times:
Customer Service Hours
5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST
8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST
