The new range of diamond blades is tailored for professional use and delivers the perfect cut in almost any material, announced a March company press release. With 60 blades, the new range provides a broad yet unique selection divided up into three performance classes and four material groups. Just as in the manufacture of Wacker Neuson construction equipment, Wacker Neuson attaches particular importance to "Made in Germany" quality for its new range of diamond blades also. This means that these diamond blades fit seamlessly into the existing range of high-quality products from Wacker Neuson.

"The first-class quality of these diamond blades is very important to us, because together with our professional cutting machines, it ensures greater efficiency in the work process", says Dennis Vietze, Product Manager for Demolition Systems at Wacker Neuson. The new range of diamond blades is divided up into three performance classes: 4-star quality, 3-star quality and 2-star quality. 4-star diamond blades deliver extremely high cutting performance combined with a very good service life and are best suited for continuous daily use. Three stars offer excellent cutting performance with a good service life in frequent use, and two stars are best suited for occasional use. That means that there's the right blade quality for any user.

The new range of diamond blades also makes a distinction between four material groups: Concrete, fresh concrete, asphalt and universal. This selection, combined with the three performance classes, enables almost any material to be cut using the new Wacker Neuson diamond blades. "This means that we have the right blade for any job", adds Dennis Vietze. "Of course, all the diamond blades in the range are perfectly tailored to our floor saws and cut-off saws, always keeping our customers one cut ahead."

The "Organization for the Safety of Abrasives" (oSa) ensures even greater safety when using diamond blades. It has certified the entire Wacker Neuson diamond blades range to the oSa standard. This is another quality feature in favor of high-quality Wacker Neuson diamond blades.

All told, Wacker Neuson can offer a very successful range of diamond blades that is both perfectly tailored to its own products and at the same time suitable for use with other equipment to make the job of cutting and separating materials an enjoyable one.
